Shipping, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy
Most orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of placing an order unless stated otherwise. However, please understand that with the current delays due to COVID-19, there may be a delay in delivery timeframes. Please also note that at the moment we are only shipping to specific countries due to the current COVID-19 global situation.
The price of shipping is calculated based on your location. Once you provide your address at checkout, you will see your shipping cost.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
When a package is shipped, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. We are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and we do not calculate or collect these fees or taxes.
Please note that you will be responsible for any taxes, duties, and customs that may be generated in the course of delivering your order. RKM Global Fashion does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. You have 3 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify RKM Global Fashion of your decision to return your item for a refund or a size/colour exchange of the same item (subject to availability). Failure to communicate with us within 3 calendar days of receipt will result in us not processing your request for a refund or exchange.
We inspect our items before shipping but if you find any damage or defects please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may ask you to send us clear photos of the damage so that we can investigate. Once confirmed that the item/s is faulty or damaged, we will send you our returns address.
Please keep in mind that the return must get back to us within 14 business days. However, we understand that with the current delays due to covid-19, there may be a delay in delivery timeframes.
Items that are damaged, soiled or altered while being returned to us will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without a refund. You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days the items was received by you with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your items.
Please note buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Should you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased from us, we will gladly allow this provided:
- it is unused and in the same condition that you received it
- it is in its original packaging
- proof of purchase is presented
For hygienic purposes, earrings, hair bonnets and masks cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 business days. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
