Rhoda Kate Mphande-Moyo is a multiple global award-winning fashion designer whose visionary work bridges continents, cultures, and communities. Born in Malawi and raised in Australia, Rhoda now operates between Switzerland and Australia—drawing on her rich multicultural journey to craft designs that boldly fuse African heritage with contemporary global fashion.
Her fearless creativity and boundary-breaking aesthetic earned her the title of the annual winner of the Best Diaspora Fashion Designer and Stylist in Switzerland in both 2019 and 2022.

In 2012, Rhoda founded RKM Global Fashion, a label that has become synonymous with vibrant, unapologetic style and cultural authenticity. As a pioneering force in African fashion in Melbourne, she has established herself not only as a designer but as a cultural ambassador, using fashion as a powerful medium for storytelling, empowerment, and self-expression.
